These terms describe the rules for using the Handflow app, website, and encrypted sharing service.

Using Handflow
Handflow is a personal tool for recording and reviewing poker hands that have already occurred. It does not host games, accept wagers, process gambling payments, match players, or provide betting services. You are responsible for following the laws, venue rules, and age requirements that apply where you use it.
App license
Your use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Handflow is licensed for personal use; it is not sold to you.
Your content and shared links
You retain responsibility for the hands, notes, tags, player names, and other content you enter. Before sharing, make sure you have the right to disclose the selected information. Anyone with the complete share link can decrypt and view that snapshot, so send it only to people you trust and revoke it when it should no longer be available.
Purchases
Handflow Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Pricing, payment, refunds, family sharing, and purchase restoration are subject to Apple's store rules and your App Store account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or malicious material, or use it to violate another person's privacy or rights. We may restrict access needed to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Handflow reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may change as the app and platform requirements evolve. Back up important records and keep your device and Apple account secure.
